OEM / ODM

Networking products for your project

Start with a product model and the changes your installation needs. Hardware configuration, router software, samples and production testing are reviewed together before the build is agreed.

QILTON factory equipment and production resources

Hardware configuration

Country, carrier bands, antennas, ports, power and mounting determine the hardware configuration.

QILTON outdoor wireless hardware interfaces for DC power, LAN, PoE and SFP

Radios, ports and power

Review the radios, ports, power input and enclosure required for your installation.

What can be adapted?

Discuss the changes below for your selected model. Availability, development work and testing depend on the hardware and firmware configuration.

Hardware and installation

Specify the operator bands, Ethernet ports, antenna connections, power input, enclosure and mounting. Board or interface changes need a separate development and validation plan.

Firmware and interface

Describe the WAN settings, WebUI changes, remote-access method and update behaviour you need. The requested functions are checked against the model and firmware before sample approval.

Packaging and documents

Include packaging requirements, document language and installation instructions. Agree the required files and test procedure with the sample configuration.

Development process

Sample build and production preparation

Design reviews, test results and approved samples are completed before pilot production.

Discuss your OEM / ODM project

Include the model or application, deployment country, operator, required changes, sample quantity, expected production volume and target delivery date. Minimum quantities, sample costs and lead time are discussed for the agreed configuration rather than quoted as a single rule for every product. See the software functions for model-dependent settings.
