How information submitted through this website is handled.

Information received

The contact form accepts a name, email address, company, country or region, application and message. When a visitor opens the form from a product, application or document page, the form may also include that page context. The company, location and application fields are optional.

Messages sent directly to a QILTON email address contain the information included by the sender.

How the information is used

Contact information is used to answer product, document, commercial and technical questions. It may also be used to continue the same enquiry by email.

Completed forms are sent to the QILTON sales mailbox. Submitting an enquiry does not create a website account.

Browser and server data

Your cookie preference is saved in this browser. You can review it using at any time. This website currently uses essential storage only; no optional analytics or advertising cookies are enabled.

For form protection, a temporary identifier derived from the network address limits repeated submissions for ten minutes. Standard web-server logs may also contain the requested address, time, browser information and network address.

Retention and disclosure

Enquiry emails and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. This website does not send contact form information to advertising services.

Information may be processed by the website host, email provider or other service providers required to operate the site and respond to the enquiry. It may also be disclosed where required by law.
